This app used to be brilliant, had all the information you'd ever need, but since they added the current threat level, the app has gotten stuck on the loading screen (on samsung devices at least). please fix.

It's great when it's working but customer service is non existent when it has a problem.I have used the app for quite some time and all was well. Yesterday I opened the app and the airport I am registered for has been changed to a completely different airport and despite several emails I have not even had a reply. As the app is now locked to an airport where I don't work it effectively useless to me. By all means use the app but don't expect any support when they change things and mess it up !

Every time I open it it just goes to a loading screen. One time I managed to re login; used it again a week later and back to the loading screen with no option to do anything. Pressing back closes the app, force closing it and outgoing again goes back to a loading screen. Unusable.
